Margaret has a passion for health and nutritional science. She invented Tomo while pursuing a B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale University. She enjoys following the latest clinical studies and journals in the space and is responsible for conducting cutting-edge scientific research for Tomo.

Sam Yang

CEO

Sam loves wellness and fitness and has a broad spectrum of experiences in healthcare. Most notably, he led a research team to receive a health innovation grant from the National Science Foundation. Sam holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Sam is responsible for Tomo’s operations and research.

Dr. Joris Verster

PhD

Joris is an associate professor at the Division of Pharmacology at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He has conducted extensive research into the effects of alcohol and drug use as risk factors in health and disease, including the causes and consequences of discomfort after drinking. Verster is the founder of the Alcohol Hangover Research Group and is the (co)-author of over 200 scientific articles and book chapters.
